If a finished clip clearly missed your photo’s likeness or a render timed out, share your account email so we can inspect and restore your credit.
Billing, Credits & Refund Requests
Failed renders return to your balance automatically. Unused video credits within 7 days of purchase or duplicate charges are eligible for a full refund.
Immediate Photo & Account Deletion
Beyond our automatic 30-day photo purge, you can email us from your registered address anytime to permanently erase your account, uploads, and clips.
