• Single-Purpose Photo Processing: Your uploaded photo is used solely to generate the 7-second bicep heart video you requested.
• Zero AI Model Training: Neither BicepHeartTrend.art nor our video rendering infrastructure uses your uploaded photos or generated clips to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Private Storage by Default: Files are kept in private Cloudflare R2 storage buckets without public directory listings.
• Automatic Retention Limits: Source photos are automatically purged after 30 days and generated videos after up to 90 days—or erased immediately whenever you delete them.
• No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or media files.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with bicephearttrend.art, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Credentials & Profile: When you register or sign in (via email/password or Google OAuth), we store your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers in our Cloudflare D1 database.
• Uploaded Source Photos: The waist-up portrait or pet photo you select to animate in the studio.
• Generated Video Clips: The resulting 7-second MP4 animations linked to your account.
• Order & Billing Metadata: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, Creem, or Waffo). We receive confirmation of your order status, plan or credit pack, and billing email, but we never see or store your full credit card number.
• Technical & Security Logs: Standard request metadata (such as IP address, browser user-agent, locale preference, and timestamps) processed at the Cloudflare edge to prevent fraud, enforce rate limits, and troubleshoot failed renders.

2. How Your Photos & Videos Are Processed

1. Private Upload: When you submit a photo for rendering, it is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an isolated Cloudflare R2 object bucket associated with your request.
2. AI Video Inference: To animate the 4-beat bicep heart pose, a temporary, time-limited signed URL is passed to our upstream AI video rendering provider. The provider processes the image strictly to produce your 7-second clip and does not retain rights to train models on your likeness.
3. Delivery & Download: Once rendering completes, the MP4 video is saved privately under your account so you can preview and download it to your device.

3. Data Retention & Automatic Deletion Schedule

We do not keep personal media indefinitely. Our storage lifecycle follows a strict schedule:

Because generated videos are purged after at most 90 days, please download any MP4 clips you wish to keep permanently.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process your data only for legitimate operational purposes:

• Operating the AI video studio, queuing renders, and delivering finished MP4 downloads;
• Authenticating your session, managing your video credits or subscription balance, and processing refunds;
• Sending transactional emails (such as verification links, password resets, and render-completion notices) from support@bicephearttrend.art;
• Detecting automated abuse, enforcing our age and consent rules (18+), and maintaining service security.

We do not send unsolicited promotional emails unless you explicitly opt in to our newsletter.

5. Subprocessors & Infrastructure Partners

We share only the minimum necessary data with trusted infrastructure providers that help us run bicephearttrend.art:

• Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, KV, Email): Hosts our web application, relational database, private media buckets, and transactional email delivery.
• AI Video Inference Provider: Processes the temporary photo link to synthesize the 7-second bicep heart motion clip.
• Payment Processors (Stripe / Creem / Waffo): Handles secure checkout, tax compliance, and refund execution.
• Google OAuth (Optional): Authenticates your identity only if you choose "Continue with Google."

We may also disclose information when strictly required by applicable law or valid legal process, or to prevent imminent harm or illegal abuse.

6. Strict Adult-Only (18+) Policy

BicepHeartTrend.art is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. You may never create an account if you are under 18, and you may never upload photos depicting anyone under the age of 18 (even with parental permission). If we discover or are notified that an uploaded photo depicts a minor, we purge the media immediately and terminate the associated account.

7. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

Regardless of your jurisdiction (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal data:

• Self-Service Deletion: Deleting a generated video from your workspace immediately erases both the video file and its source photo from our active storage.
• Full Account & Media Purge: Email support@bicephearttrend.art from the email address registered to your account, or submit a request via our Contact page. We process deletion requests within 2 business days.
• Abuse or Non-Consensual Image Removal: If you believe someone uploaded your photo to our service without your permission, contact support@bicephearttrend.art immediately for priority takedown and investigation.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we materially change how we handle photos, storage retention, or subprocessors, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
